Missing or delayed transactions

The usual cause: normal posting delays
A new purchase starts as pending at your bank and typically takes 1–3 business days to post. Some banks share pending transactions right away — those show up in Zypper marked as pending — while others report a transaction only once it posts. Either way, a transaction made today often appears in Zypper a day or two later. This is bank-side timing, not data loss.
What to check
- Refresh the connection from Settings › Connections to pull the latest data — accounts also sync automatically every day.
- Check the connection status. An expired connection stops new transactions entirely until you reconnect.
- Check the account is added. If the transaction is in an account you never added to Zypper — say, a newly opened account — add the account itself.
If transactions are still missing days after posting at your bank, contact support with the account and date and we'll investigate.
