Missing or delayed transactions

The usual cause: normal posting delays

A new purchase starts as pending at your bank and typically takes 1–3 business days to post. Some banks share pending transactions right away — those show up in Zypper marked as pending — while others report a transaction only once it posts. Either way, a transaction made today often appears in Zypper a day or two later. This is bank-side timing, not data loss.

What to check

  1. Refresh the connection from SettingsConnections to pull the latest data — accounts also sync automatically every day.
  2. Check the connection status. An expired connection stops new transactions entirely until you reconnect.
  3. Check the account is added. If the transaction is in an account you never added to Zypper — say, a newly opened account — add the account itself.

If transactions are still missing days after posting at your bank, contact support with the account and date and we'll investigate.
