- Copilot’s settings
- Subscribed on the web, or in the Mac app from copilot.money? Open Settings › Subscription › Manage your subscription. It opens your billing page at Stripe, Copilot’s payment processor, where your payments are listed. The charge on your card statement counts too.
- App Store
- In the App Store, tap your photo, then Apps & Purchase History › Purchase History. Or sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where you subscribed decides who bills you: Apple for the iPhone, iPad and Mac App Store apps, Stripe for the web and the Mac app from copilot.money. Copilot’s free month has no receipt, since nothing is charged until it ends.

- Open Settings › Account and select Export your transactions, for every transaction in one CSV file: date, name, amount, category and parent category, account, notes and the recurring it belongs to.
- Some transactions
- On iPad, Mac or the web, filter or search the Transactions tab and export just what’s shown.
The export holds transactions only, not balance history, holdings, budgets or goals. Copilot deletes an account’s history the moment you delete the account or its connection, so export before you remove anything, and before your paid period ends.

Cancel Copilot Money
When you’re ready, cancel where you subscribed.
- Copilot’s settings
- On any device, open Settings › Subscription › Manage your subscription. A subscription started on the web or in the Mac app from copilot.money cancels right there; one started in an App Store app opens the App Store instead.
- App Store
- On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions › Copilot, and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Mac App Store
- In the App Store on your Mac, click your name, then Account Settings, then Manage beside Subscriptions › Copilot, and click Cancel subscription.
You keep Copilot until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel, and when Apple bills you, neither does deleting your Copilot account: cancel first, then delete the account from Settings › Account if you want to.
