Search variations first

Institution names in the connection search come from Plaid, and they don't always match the name on your card or statements. Try the full legal name, the abbreviated name, and the name of the parent company (many credit unions and regional banks are listed under a parent brand).

If it's genuinely not available

Some institutions don't support connections yet. In the meantime:

• Track it as a manual account so its balance still counts toward your net worth — and toward your budget, if you choose to include it there
• Contact support and tell us which institution you're missing — coverage expands over time, and we can confirm whether yours is on the way
