Zypper connects through Plaid
Zypper links to your financial institutions through Plaid, the same connectivity service used by major financial apps. When you connect an account, you sign in on your bank's own screen inside the secure Plaid window — your bank credentials are never seen or stored by Zypper.
Connecting an account
- Go to Settings and open the Connections tab
- Choose your bank or search for it by name
- Sign in through the secure Plaid window and pick which accounts to share
Once connected, your transactions and balances sync automatically every day, and you can trigger a manual refresh anytime from the Connections tab.
What happens after you connect
Your accounts appear in your dashboard, recent transactions import and are categorized automatically, and your balances start feeding your net worth. Checking, savings, and credit card accounts also feed your budget and cash flow. Historical data fills in gradually over the first minutes after connecting.
If your bank doesn't appear in the search, see Bank not listed. You can also track anything by hand with manual accounts.
