Inviting your partner or family member

How couple plans work

A couple plan covers two people under one subscription. The person who owns the plan (the household owner) is the only one billed — the person you invite is never charged and doesn't need a subscription of their own.

Both of you get full access to everything in the plan, each through your own separate login: your own credit reports and scores, plus the money tools you share as a household. For plan options and pricing, see Plans, pricing, and billing.

Sending an invitation

Invitations are sent by the household owner from the dashboard:

1. Go to Settings (lower left corner)
2. Open the Members tab
3. Enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite
4. They'll receive an invitation by email — they need to open that email and accept the invitation

What the other person gets

Once they accept, they sign in with their own email address and get their own private login under your plan — you don't share a password or an inbox.

• Credit is individual. Each person verifies their own identity with the credit bureaus and gets their own credit reports and scores. You can't view or pull someone else's credit report for them, since credit reports are tied to each individual's verified identity.
• Money tools are shared. Connected financial accounts, transactions, and budgets belong to your household, so you both work from the same picture.

Common questions

Does the other person pay anything? No. Billing stays with the household owner — one subscription, one charge, covering both of you.

The couple plan is paid for, but the partner's info isn't visible. That's expected: each member sees their own credit report under their own login. If your partner hasn't joined yet, send them an invite from Settings › Members.

The person I invited already has their own Zypper subscription. They'll need to cancel their own subscription and let it run out first. Even then, if they've used the money tools on their own account, they'll hit an error when accepting — contact support and we'll help move them over.

I'm on an individual plan and want to add someone. Switch to a couple plan from your dashboard settings first, then send your invite from the Members tab.
